Aseptic loosening of rigth hip cup after second surgery time (cup and superolateral augment) - second dislocation of the cup. Women, 80 years old, osteoporosis.

Previous approach: posterolateral.

Intra OP: absence of superior lateral wall. Thin and severe defect of th posterior wall
